    (Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all registrations and withdrawals will be done online)

  • Kindergarten Registration


  • Kindergarten registration for the 2020-2021 school year will begin on April 07, 2020.  All children who will be 5 years old on or before September 01, 2020 must register online.

    New this year, much of the registration process, including the uploading of documents needed for registration, will be completed online.  Most document attachments (PDF, JPG, DOC, PNG, etc.) are compatible.  The file-size limit is 2 MB.  Families that are unable to obtain the required immunization and/or screening documents due to the COVID-19 situation will be given additional time to obtain those documents but should go ahead and begin the online registration process.

    Once GCPS schools reopens, we will plan activities to welcome and introduce our new Kindergarteners to our school.

  • General Registration Information


    You MUST complete online registration if your student has NEVER attended a Gwinnett County Public School or does not have a GCPS Student ID#.  After you complete your online registration, you will have the option to upload all required documents (how to upload documents).


    Please have the following documents ready to scan:

    • Georgia certificate of immunization
    • proof of birth date
    • 2 proof of residency documents in attendance zone
    • vision, hearing, dental, and nutrition screening form obtained in the past year
    • proof of authorized person to enroll
    • photo ID
    • child's social security number

  • Student Withdrawals


    We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online withdrawal process that will allow you to complete the form required for withdrawing your child. Once you complete and submit the online withdrawal form, you will be contacted by a school representative to verify your ID and to provide you with any additional information necessary to complete the withdrawal, if needed, for your child.

    *If using a browser other than Internet Explorer (IE), in order to complete the form and submit it, you will need to do the following steps:
         · Click on the link here to download/save the form to your device.
         · Open the downloaded form with an Adobe application.
         · Fill out the form.
         · Click on the submit button at the bottom of the form.

    The completed, saved form may also be emailed directly to the registrar at leslie.ramos@gcpsk12.org.
