This is my 20th year working as a school counselor in the Dacula area.  Prior to PMES, I was a Fort Daniel Elementary for 6 years and at Dacula Elementary for 3 years.  This is my 10th year working as a counselor at Puckett's Mill Elementary.  After receiving my Masters degree in Counseling from the University of Louisville, I worked for several years as a counselor at a domestic violence program in FL and was in private practice in TX.  When I moved to Gwinnett County, I worked for 10 years in the community mental health program before deciding to become a school counselor.  I received an Ed.S. degree in school counseling from Georgia State and have enjoyed working as a school counselor.

When I am not working at Puckett's Mill Elementary, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children and grandchildren.  I have three grown children that were all students in the Gwinnett County School System.  I enjoy traveling, shopping, reading and hanging out with my family and friends!
