Free & Reduced Lunch Information

    YOU CAN NOW FILL OUT A FREE & REDUCED APPLICATION ONLINE


    The online application form is available 24/7 in a secure environment. Parents are welcome to complete and submit an online application at anytime. When you submit your online form, please make sure you receive a confirmation number. You will be able to use this number to check the status of your online application. Students are expected to pay full price for meals and parents are responsible for all charges until the application has been approved.

    How Do I Get Results? To check application status, go to the following internet web site: http//gwinnett.schoollunchstatus.com You will need your child's Gwinnett County Student ID number. If you have other questions or need help, call 678-301-6307.

Paying for Lunch!

  • My Payments Plus My Payments Plus is an easy and convient way to pay for your child's meals online.  Start paying for lunch today by creating an account by going to My Payments Plus.

    The cafeteria is also glad to accept cash or checks to pay for lunch; however we can no longer accept money orders.

Letter to Parents

  • Dear Parents,

    Welcome to Bethesda Elementary School Cafeteria.  We are so excited to see your students and will do our best to make sure they are well taken care of.  School lunch cost $2.25, reduced lunch cost $.40.  They will receive 5 Star Meal = 1 Meat/Meat Alternative, 1 Grain, 1 fruit, 1 vegetable and 1 milk is optional.  Students are expected to pay daily the amount owed for lunch using cash, check or on-line payment at www.mealpayplus.com.  When you send in cash or check with your student please make sure you put the first and last name of your student on the envelope and mark lunch money.  The student will turn into the cafeteria when they come for breakfast and/or lunch.  Please set up a my payments plus account on-line.  It will allow you to deposit money on-line and monitor the account.  The on-line account can be set up to email you when the student’s funds are getting low.  All you need to set up the account is your students ID number. 

    If you would like to fill out an application for free and reduced lunch you may go on the Bethesda website under parent tab, then cafeteria tab and there is a link to the free and reduced application.  The application will take about 5 minutes to fill out and you will have the results in 24 to 48 hours.  You only have to fill out ONE application per family per year.

    School breakfast is provided each day at 7:45 a.m. School breakfast cost $1.50, reduced breakfast cost $.30.  They will receive 1 entrée, 1 whole fruit, 1 apple juice or 1 orange juice and 1 milk

    Parents will be informed in writing, email and/or with a phone call of the student’s current payment status and the need for immediate payment.  Please ensure that your student has the proper funds so he/she can enjoy a nutritious meal.
