  • Registration for 2020-2021 School Year

    We are excited that your child will be attending a Gwinnett County Public School. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online registration system that will allow you to complete many of the forms required for registering your child. As you go through the online registration process, you will now be able to upload your required documentation.  Please review the accepted documentation under the 2020-2021 Required Documents for Registration link below.

    *During the registration process, you will be required to upload the required documents.  In order to verify your documents, parents will have to participate in an online video conference.  Parents will receive email notification of this online meeting.

    Additional Registration Information

    Returning students do not need to register again. Students who are transferring from another school within GCPS or re-enrolling (attended a GCPS school previously) should contact the school for registration directions.

    Do you need to order a copy of your child's birth certificate?

    Attention: Students who live with their parents or legal guardians, but reside in the home of another adult, and are seeking enrollment in Gwinnett County Public Schools, must complete a Residency Affidavit form and turn it into your school upon registration. The person who completes the Residency Affidavit must provide their proof of residency. The Affidavit must be signed and notarized. A notary public is usually available in our front office.
