    Registration for 2019-2020 School Year

    We are excited that your child will be attending a Gwinnett County Public School. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online registration system that will allow you to complete many of the forms required for registering your child. Once you complete the online registration portion, you will need to go to your local school to provide additional documentation (stated below) required to enroll your student in a GCPS school.

    NEW STUDENTS TO GCPS

    STEP 1:


    Register your new student online at Gwinnett Online Registration.
     
    Please follow these directions when Registering Online: New Student Online Registration Flyer

    STEP 2:

     
    Bring the required documents to Parsons Elementary. Registration will not be complete until all documents are brought to the registrar.

    Registration Hours:

    Registration at Parsons Elementary School is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (July 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25). Parsons Elementary School is closed the week of July 4th.

    CURRENT & RETURNING GCPS STUDENTS

     
    Returning students do not need to register again. Students who are transferring from another school within GCPS or re-enrolling (attended a GCPS school previously) should contact the school for registration directions.

    Attention: Students who live with their parents or legal guardians, but reside in the home of another adult, and are seeking enrollment in Gwinnett County Public Schools, must complete a Residency Affidavit form and turn it in to your school upon registration. The person who completes the Residency Affidavit must provide their proof of residency. The Affidavit must be signed and notarized. A notary public is usually available in our front office.
