Dear Parents, Students and Teachers,
Peachtree Ridge High School PTSA welcomes you to a promising new school year! As parents, we all support our children in their educational journey. As a PTSA, we work collaboratively to support the school through many events and volunteer opportunities.
This is your PTSA, and you are welcome and encouraged to attend all of our meetings and events or volunteer your time to ensure collective success. PTSA is the largest child’s advocacy association; thank you for supporting our efforts to make every child’s potential a reality.
We are proud of the role the PTSA plays to support our school with programs such as Reflections, Homecoming Coat Check, College application assistance, Sweet Treats for Teachers, Custodian Appreciation, Baccalaureate and so many more events throughout the year.
The PTSA’s ability to fund these programs and many others is possible only because of the generous donations of time, expertise, and funds by Peachtree Ridge teachers, staff, parents, students and the community, and there are always opportunities to participate in big and small ways, from home and at school. So, I invite you to join the PRHS PTSA and get involved! We cannot do this without you! Thank you for helping in any way you can and showing our children that they, their school, and their education are important.

Theme: I Am Hopeful Because...
It is that time of year again, when we take the opportunity to celebrate our students’ artistic abilities as part of the 2023-24 Reflections Program!!! This year’s theme is, “I Am Hopeful Because…”
What is Reflections?
The National PTA Reflections Program is an arts program designed to give students an outlet for creative expression. It is an opportunity to explore the cultural arts while challenging their imagination. Students interpret each year’s theme in the categories of dance choreography, film, visual arts, photography, literature, and musical composition.
Who May Participate?
Students in grades Pre-K – 12 who are enrolled in a school where there is a PTA/PTSA may submit entries through their Local PTA/PTSA Unit Reflections Program. In Gwinnett County, the number of entries per student is not limited, however, all rules must be followed for each entry. Please see attachment for detailed requirements for each category.
Use the link below to register and upload your digital submissions. Entries are due by October 16, 2023.
*Students who identify as having a disability and may receive services under IDEA or ADA: Section 504 may enter in the Special Artist Division or grade division most closely aligned to their functional abilities.
For additional information and rules, visit the Georgia PTA Website.
Please note: Both photography and visual arts will require a physical entry as well. Stay tuned for drop off times/locations. This will allow us to display your student’s work.
