Mr. Scruggs is in his 10th year of teaching and 3rd year here at PRHS. Prior to PRHS Mr. Scruggs taught in Henry County and at Northbrook Middle School. He received a Music Education degree from Georgia Southern University in 2010 after graduating from Peachtree Ridge in 2006. He now lives in Duluth with his wife, daugher, and 2 dogs.
