Mrs. Amy Wildey

Mrs. Wildey teaches 9th grade AP Human Geography. This is her seventeenth year at Peachtree Ridge High School and her thirteenth year teaching APHG. She has spent time the last seven summers in Cincinnati reading and scoring APHG exams.

She has lived in Kentucky, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, Louisiana, Utah and finally moved to Georgia for college, where she graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Anthropology. She substituted in Gwinnett County for 3 1/2 years before going back to school, Georgia State University, to receive a masters in social studies education. 

Mrs. Wildey enjoys reading, gardening, traveling (when she can), cooking (and eating) and spending time with her husband and 2 children.
