  • How do I locate my counselor?

    Counselors are determined by your academy.   You can find your counselor’s name on your schedule.

  • Is there a Lost & Found on campus?

    Articles found at school should be turned in to the clinic or to campus security officers.

  • Can students go off campus for lunch?

    No.  We have a closed campus and students are not allowed to leave for lunch.  Students are also prohibited from ordering lunch from an outside vendor or having someone bring in lunch.

  • What does it mean to have A, B, or C or D lunch?

    Students are released according to zones and each lunch last 20 minutes.

  • What do I do if I am absent from school?

    If you are absent, your parent or guardian must send an excusal note to Attendance Office. Please include student’s name, student’s id, parent’s name, and rationale for the dated absent.

  • What do I do if I need to leave school early?

    You must have a note from a parent or guardian containing the following information: Student name, ID number, date and time student is leaving school, reason for leaving early, and a phone number for verification.  Students are to drop note off the note to the attendance clerk before school or during lunch to receive a pass to leave as requested.

  • Can I wear a hat on campus?

    Hats may be worn outdoors only.

  • Where do I go if I need help with eCLASS or my school email?

    Always communicate with your teacher first.  If you teacher cannot assist, visit the Media Center to talk to our LSTC, Ms. Poplar.

  • How do I pay my fines and dues?

    You must have an account with My Payments Plus and pay on My Payments Plus by clicking here to access MyPaymentsPlus.com.

  • How are AP classes different from College Prep classes?

    Advanced Placement classes are more challenging and go at a faster pace than regular classes.  Students usually have more homework and responsibility in AP classes, and they require an increased commitment by the student.

  • Can I waive semester and/or final exams?

    Only Seniors are able to waive their final exams. See any Senior Level teacher or the Senior Sponsor for more information.

  • Where do I go if I need help?

    You should never hesitate to ask any adult on campus for help, especially your teachers.  Your counselor is also a great resource for you as well as your assistant principal.

  • What do I do if I need extra help in a class?

    Always talk to your teacher if you need help.  Most of your teachers are available before and after school to assist you. The National Honor Society also offers tutoring.  See Ms. Danielle Turner or any member for more information.

  • How do I find out about activities on campus?

    All of our student activities, clubs, and their sponsors are listed on the website.  Information about these organizations may also be included in scrolling announcements.  You can also access daily announcement on the Meadowcreek High Twitter and Instagram.

  • Can I use a cell phone on campus?

    You may use electronic devices before and after school hours.  They must be off and out of sight from 7:00 – 2:10 unless they are being used in a lesson.  

  • How do I purchase tickets for school events?

  • What should I do if I feel like I am being bullied or harassed either at school or outside of school?

    Report incidents of bullying immediately to an assistant principal or campus security officers.  The longer you wait to report incidents of bullying, the more difficult it is for the school to help you.
