Art Club
Mission
Art Club provides an opportunity for students to express their individuality through the creation of artworks. To encourage and support both appreciation and creation of art.

Dance Club
Mission
For students to learn how to dance and to have fun!

Groundbreakers Garden Club
Mission
To teach students about gardening and provide classrooms with learning opportunities in the garden.

Planned Activities
Students will meet each week to learn about and work in our garden/garden towers. Students will also help by providing vegetables for families in need within our community. They will present to parents and visitors to share their learned knowledge. Students will also help to create pollinator habitats.

Lego Club
Mission
The mission of the Lego club is to create and build new things using legos and robots.

Activities
Students will use Legos to explore themes in Science and Social Studies, and learn to program a Lego Robot that will navigate through a variety of Lego worlds. In this club, students will learn to think outside of the box to solve problems with their friends.

The Rockbridge Readers Rally team mission is to promote a love of reading among students and to expose students to other literary genres and a wider world of reading and world view perspectives.

Robotics Competition Team
Mission
The mission of the Robotics Competition Team is to better the world through the use of STEM problem solving and advancements in robotics. In this club, we will analyze real world problems and work together to determine the best action to take in order to solve the problem.

Safety Patrols
Purpose
The purpose of The Safety Patrol Club is to provide leadership opportunities for fifth grade students. Safety Patrols are role models and helpers in our building. They provide assistance to students during arrival and dismissal and ensure that safe transitions take place.

Spanish Club
Mission
The Spanish Club will help students explore and strengthen Spanish and English vocabulary skills. Each week students will be introduced to a new theme and have the opportunity to complete fun activities (ie. songs/art projects) to practice the vocabulary. Both native-Spanish and native-English speaking students are invited to attend.
