ADAP (Alcohol & Drug Awareness Program) Card and Certificate of Enrollment
Students can sign up for a Certificate of Enrollment or ADAP Certificate at the front desk, located next to attendance.
Certificate of Enrollment:
The Certificate of Enrollment is required to test for both a driver's permit and driver's license. The cost is $5.00 per request and please allow up to 48 hours from the time of payment for processing. The certificate is then valid for 30 days following issuance.
Replacement ADAP Certificate:
ADAP Certificates are only required to test for a driver's license. Students should receive an ADAP certificate upon completion of the Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program when they take their Health course, however replacement certificates may be obtained for $5. While there is no expiration date for these cards, please allow up to 48 hours from the time of payment for processing.
*The school only has access to ADAP certificates for Health courses taken at North Gwinnett. If a student takes health online or at a different school, they must obtain the form from there.
