The Family Engagement Center is located near the front office at Richards Middle School. The Family Engagement Center is a place where all RMS families are welcomed. Here, families can receive Title I information, review Title I documents, explore parenting resources, and gain information about ways to become more involved in their child’s education. All Title I documents are located in the Family Engagement Center for review. The Parent Instructional Coordinator (PIC) is a teacher who is available to answer questions parents may have about school, grades, promotion requirements, and how to support their child's learning from the living room to the classroom. The PIC can also help with My Payments Plus, the Parent Portal, and Free and Reduced Lunch applications.
Our Family Engagement Center is open Monday-Friday, from 8:30 AM until 3:55 PM.
Our PIC, Betsy Klein, is available via phone at 770-338-4815 or email at betsy.klein@gcpsk12.org.
Title I documents may be accessed on this website or in the Family Engagement Center.
