Procedures for Appointments & Transcripts

  • During digital learning, Gwinnett County School Counselors will continue supporting students' academic success, career development, and social-emotional growth, utilizing Zoom and Google Meet for individual meetings, conferences, presentations, groups, and classroom lessons/activities.

We have different procedures for student and parent appointments

    Student Appointments

Students can find the link for making counselor appointments on the GSMST Counseling E-Class page. It is the student's responsibility to make sure they are not missing anything important in class during his or her appointment time. The confirmation e-mail for the appointment will serve as the student's pass (counselors will NOT call for them).
Many questions can be handled via email. Please feel free to email us with questions.

Come see us every Wednesday in the cafeteria during your lunch for Counseling Corner!

    Parent Appointments

The counseling office is available for appointments with parents from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. Please contact us using the link below to make an appointment with the appropriate counselor:

Email Ms. Burke (Students with Last Names A-I)

Email Mr. Weiland (Students with Last Names J-R)

Email Mrs. Scheid (Students with Last Names S-Z)

    Ordering Transcripts

Request transcripts through My Payments Plus or in the Counseling Reception Office. There is a $5.00 fee per transcript. Cash or Check is acceptable. Please let counselors know if there are any issues for payment.

**From September to December, students need to allow 2 weeks for transcripts as the volume of requests will be extremely high.**

Please see the College & Career page for additional information.

Students may print a copy of their course history at any time from the parent portal, however, these are typically not accepted by colleges or scholarship programs.
