Mrs. Bowers Hello, My name is Debbie Bowers and I am the Clinic Worker at Baggett Elementary. I am thrilled to be a part of Baggett Elementary and ready to assist with any of the following:

    • contacting the parents of sick children,
    • dispensing daily medications,
    • treating minor injuries, and offering emergency care until medical professionals arrive.

I can be reached at 678-518-6673 during school hours or by email

  • All medications, both prescription and over-the-counter, must be turned in with this form and brought to the school clinic by an adult. All medications must be in the ORIGINAL CONTAINER. Medications stored in envelopes, baggies, etc., will not be administered. Prescription medications must be in the labeled prescription bottle. Medications must be picked up at the end of the year, or the school will dispose of them.
