Our Community Garden is located in the back of the school near the tennis courts. This garden is meant to be a teaching location shared by Discovery High School and Benefiield Elementary School. Right now, we are not allowed to meet after school but students are allowed to work in the garden anytime with their familial groups. Make sure to scan the QR code on the gate sign to earn your service hours! We always need help weeding!!

Relay For Life
The Relay For Life movement is American Cancer Society’s signature fundraiser dedicated to helping communities attack cancer. From team members to volunteers, we all want to remember those we’ve lost, help those affected today, and give us a home team advantage against cancer. Through funds donated, time given, or awareness raised, our communities are teaming up to make a difference. When we rally together in the fight against cancer through this fun and inspirational event, we can accomplish anything.

Environmental
You do not need to be a Student Council member in order to be apart of Environmental. However, your environmental hours can always count as Student Council hours. Right now, we are not allowed to meet in person but we have several virtual and small group events planned. Anyone can work in the garden for service hours anytime! We have a virtual clean-up in September.
