    Special Education Parent Involvement Survey
    As a means of improving results for children with disabilities, the Georgia Department of Education is required to survey parents of students receiving special education services. Attached is a letter (English and Spanish versions) introducing the online survey process to families. Please photocopy and distribute this letter to all parents/guardians of students receiving special education services at your school. In an effort to increase the number of responses submitted, we ask that you consider making computers available so parents may complete the survey while attending IEP meetings or other scheduled school events. Please also consider including information about the survey and the survey link on your school's website.
