Mr. Todd Marschke

Principal

Mr. Marschke lives in the Norcross/Peachtree Corners area with his wife, Kate, and their three children, Lauren, Davis, and Owen. He is excited to serve the students and families in the Norcross Cluster community where he is personally invested in the success of Pinckneyville Middle School. Mr. Marschke began his career in Gwinnett County Public Schools as a math and science teacher at Alton C. Crews Middle School in 1998. In 2007, Mr. Marschke went into administration at Lanier Middle School before serving as principal at GIVE Center West in 2012. Mr. Marschke is a Gwinnett County Public Schools graduate from Shiloh High School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education from Georgia State University and a specialist’s degree in Administration from Lincoln Memorial University.

Mrs. Ashley Bolton

Assistant Principal, 6th Grade

Mrs. Bolton is what we refer to as homegrown.  Born and raised in Gwinnett County, she graduated from Parkview High School in 1999. She began her teaching career at Peachtree Ridge High School in 2003 and later returned to her Alma Mater in 2010, teaching 9th and 10th graders in all levels of mathematics. Mrs. Bolton earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from the University of Georgia, her Masters in Mathematics Education from Piedmont College, and her Specialist degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia.

Mrs. Lauren Watson

Assistant Principal, 7th grade

Mrs. Watson began her career teaching 9th grade French and Language Arts in Ohio.  She moved to Gwinnett County in 2006 where she taught French and was the Modern Languages Department Chair at Norcross High School.  She taught at North Gwinnett High School and then moved to the GCPS district office where she supported teachers and administrators as a Coordinator on the Effectiveness Systems team.  Mrs. Watson earned a Bachelor of Science in Education at The Ohio State University, a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction at Ohio University and a Specialist degree in Teaching & Learning at Piedmont College.

Mr. Jeff Koch

Assistant Principal, 8th Grade

Mr. Koch began his career with Los Angeles Unified School District where he taught 5th grade for two years before moving to middle school where he taught math for eight years. He joined Gwinnett County in 2014 where he served as an assistant principal at Meadowcreek High School for four years. During his career in education Mr. Koch has served as a teacher, department chair, coach, coordinator and administrator. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from California State University, Northridge, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University. He is a licensed pilot and a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Mr. Koch and his wife Mary have three children, Trevor, Melissa, and Troy.

Ms. Rachel Darr

Ms. Darr is a Gwinnett County Public Schools graduate from Collins Hill High School in 2001. She began her career teaching English Language Arts in Rockdale County in 2007.  After that, she returned to Gwinnett County in 2017 where she taught at Central Gwinnett High School.  She has served as department chair and member of the GCPS assessment leadership team. Ms. Darr earned a Bachelor of Arts in English at Agnes Scott College, a Master of Arts in Teaching English at Agnes Scott College, and a Specialist in Educational Leadership at Mercer University.
