    Welcome new Patrick Pups!

    Please note the school office is open for face-to-face registration and withdrawal by appointment only. Please call the office at 678-765-5260 to schedule your appointment with the registrar. 

    Parents, it is not necessary to complete Online Registration if your child already attends Patrick Elementary School.  If there are changes to your student information, please use the Parent Portal to update the information.

  • Students New to Gwinnett County Public School

    Use the links below to complete the online registration process. Register online first, then upload the required documentation. The Registrar will contact you to verify the documentation.

      • Two Proof of Residency documents – A current utility bill plus one other
        document.
      • Birth Verification – Student’s Birth Certificate, Passport, etc.
      • A Georgia certificate of immunization
      • Evidence of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening obtained in the
        past year
      • Proof of authorized person to enroll – This is only required for Non-Birth Parents
      • A photo ID
      • Child’s social security number – Students will be enrolled, even if this number is
        not provided. However, parents will be asked to sign a waiver.
      • Non-GCPS Report Card/Transcript
      • Non-GCPS Discipline Records
      • Previous School’s Withdrawal Form
  • Students Transferring from another Gwinnett County Public School

    Students are to continue the digital learning from the school that they are currently enrolled in through the end of the 2019-2020 school year.

  • Student Withdrawal

    We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online withdrawal process that will allow you to complete the form required for withdrawing your
    child. Once you complete and submit the online withdrawal form, you will be contacted by a school
    representative to verify your id and to provide you with any additional information necessary to complete the withdrawal if needed for your child.

    If using a browser other than Internet Explorer (IE), in order to complete the form and submit it, you will need to do the following steps:

    · Fill out the form
    · Click on the submit button at the bottom of the form
