  • Full Time Registration Reopens

    Gwinnett Online Campus has openings in specific grade levels for the 2020-2021 school year.  
     
    Registration is open now through June 15! Interested families should call GOC's main office at 770-326-8082 to check on availability for grade levels. If the grade level is open, an appointment will be made to complete the registration process. If a specific grade level is full, families can add their name to a waiting list. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  
     
    In light of COVID-19, the number of families on campus at one time will be limited and social distancing safety guidelines will be followed.  

    Several documents are required for registration and should be presented to the school office during this appointment. However, families may provide some documents at a later date if they are not available.

Eligibility Requirements for Enrollment

  • are you eligible graphic Gwinnett Online Campus accepts students who reside within the Gwinnett County Public Schools attendance zone. The student’s custodial parent(s) or guardian(s) must also reside within the GCPS district. Gwinnett Online Campus will accept all interested students unless there are more applicants than space is available, in which case a waiting list will be established.

    An IEP meeting held prior to enrollment at Gwinnett Online Campus is required for any student currently receiving special education services.

Registration Process and Deadlines

  •             Reminder for required docuements The registration window for the 2020-2021 school year for students in grades 4-12 closes February 28, 2020. Registration is completed in person on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

     

    ·        The front office at Gwinnett Online Campus is open from 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday.

     

    ·        All required forms and documents must be complete, accurate, and up to date for a place to be held. Incomplete files will not be held.

     

    ·        If a grade level fills to capacity, a waitlist will be started on a first-come, first-served basis.

     

    ·        Upon completion of the full registration process, students currently enrolled in a GCPS school will be transferred for the upcoming school year from their current attendance zone to Gwinnett Online Campus
