  • Kindergarten

    To begin the process, please register your child online via the Gwinnett County Registration Portal.

    Once online registration has been completed, gather the following documents and upload it to your registration portal:

    • An official document showing proof of birth date
    • Proof that you live in the attendance zone (Utility Bill, Mortage Statement, Lease Agreement, etc.)
    • A valid certificate of immunization
    • Evidence of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening (GA Form #3300-Rev, 2013)
    • A Photo ID for the adult registering the child
    • Proof of authorized person to enroll
    • Child's social security number (or you may sign a waiver at the school)

    If you can not upload documents please bring them to the school

  • New Students - First Time with Gwinnett County Public School

    To begin the process, please register your child online via the Gwinnett County Registration Portal.

    Once online registration has been completed, gather the following documents:

    • An official document showing proof of birth date

    • A valid certificate of immunization
    • Evidence of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening (GA Form #3300-Rev, 2013)
    • A Photo ID for the adult registering the child
    • Proof of authorized person to enroll
    • Child's social security number (or you may sign a waiver at the school)
    • Report cards or official school transcript (current K-12 student)
    • Withdrawal form from previous school (current K-12 student)

    Make an appointment with the Anderson-Livsey Elementary Regristrar to complete enrollment.

  • Transferring from another Gwinnett County Public School students

    If your child was ever registered in any Gwinnett County Public School (even if there was a gap in attendance) you do not need to register again. Contact the Anderson-Livsey Elementary Registrar to make an appointment and bring the following documents:

    Students transferring from another GCPS are required to withdraw in person from the previous school in order to enroll at the new school. Parents must obtain a Withdrawal Form and a Change of Status Form from the prior school including Proof of Residency 

  • Withdrawing Students

    Students transferring from another GCPS are required to withdraw in person from the previous school in order to enroll at the new school. Parents must obtain a
    Withdrawal Form and a Change Of Status Form from the prior school including Proof of Current Health Records (State of GA Form 3231 and 3300). Parents not
    having these documents will be required to return to the prior school for these documents in order to register and enroll at their new school.

  • Returning to Anderson-Livsey Elementary Students

    The time has arrived to start thinking about school. Mark your calendars for our Back to School Open House on August 1st from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.  In order to improve the Open House experience, all parents are strongly encouraged to complete the following steps prior to arrival.

    • Log into the portal to make any necessary contact information changes for your child. We need to have the most up to date contact information at all times. 
    • Log into My Payments Plus.  There are informational items on My Payments Plus that parents will need to review and acknowledge.  If you have not already created your My Payments Plus account, you may log in and create an account by clicking the following link.  www.mypaymentsplus.com
    • Complete the Free/Reduced Nutrition Program application.

    Monday through Thursday
    8:30 Am to 11:30 AM
    Note: Call main office ahead of time to make sure registrar is available. Registrar, Enrollment, and Withdrawals requests are done by the registrar ONLY. Parents are responsible to present all required documents at registration.
    Must Register before 11:30AM in order to get same day attendance credit
    If you arrive to register after 11:30 AM, your child will begin school the following day.
