Mrs. Erin Hallum
Mrs. Hallum received her Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Georgia in 2009, followed by a Master of Education in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Valdosta State University in 2012. Mrs. Hallum is licensed by the State of Georgia and The Professional Standards Commission. She also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. Mrs. Hallum is currently pursuing a Educational Specialist degree in Special Education from the University of West Georgia.
As a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist, Mrs. Hallum has experience in the school system and in the private therapy setting. She has treated children of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds, including children diagnosed with receptive and expressive language impairments, articulation impairments, fluency impairments, reading/writing impairments, oral motor impairments and dysphagia. She also has experience working with children diagnosed with a variety of syndromes and diagnoses including Down syndrome, autism, brain injuries, cerebral palsy, Smith-McGinnis syndrome, and treacher collins syndrome. Mrs. Hallum is married to her husband Mark and they have two sons, Ridge and Thorne.
