Welcome to Life Science class! This year we will be exploring many parts of science that deal with living things and the environment in which they live. Our topics of study are: safety, scientific and engineering practices, cells, cells & systems, genetics, evolution, classification and kingdoms, and ecology.

We will work together in many different ways through reading, performing experiments, writing lab reports, sharing current events, and exploring nature. I do believe that you will enjoy this year, work well together with other students, and learn much about the living world around you.
