PSAT NMSQT - OCT 25, 2023

REGISTRATION WILL OPEN AUGUST 2023.
PSAT test date at school: Tuesday, OCT 25, 2023.
Students not taking the test may either check in at 11:15 AM (this will be without penalty) or attend school in an assigned study hall.Who can test?
All students in 9th, 10th and 11th grade are encouraged to test. Go to www.MyPaymentsPlus.com to register.
What is the cost of the test?
- 10th Grade
All sophomores will be tested without need of registration.
NO COST, NO ACTION NECESSARY TO TEST. - 9th Grade
Freshmen can test free of charge but MUST REGISTER. Register on www.MyPaymentsPlus.com in the Activities section. Once you register, the link will disappear from your MyPaymentsPlus account. - 11th and 12th Grade
Juniors and seniors can test but must pay a $20 fee at www.MyPaymentsPlus.com in the Activities section. Look for PSAT at Brookwood HS on October 25, 2022. Once you register, the link will disappear from your MyPaymentsPlus account.
Will there be other dates to test?
No. October 25 is the only PSAT NMSQTdate at Brookwood this year.

Brookwood is happy to offer the PSAT to students who are not students at Brookwood High School.
- Please read the information below carefully and complete this form for registration.
The date we are offering the test is October 25, 2023. Students should plan to be in the building, seated by 7:20 AM on the morning of the test. Consult the Student Guide (link below) to determine College Board approved calculators.

Brookwood is happy to offer the PSAT to students who are not students at Brookwood High School. Please read the information below carefully and complete this form for registration.
The date we are offering the test is October 25, 2022. Students should plan to be in the building, seated by 7:20 AM. Consult the Student Guide (link below) to determine College Board approved calculators.
The cost of the test will be $30 per student. The deadline for registering is September 30, 2022. You may pay in one of two ways: you may MAIL a check made payable to Brookwood High School toBrookwood High School

SAT or U.S. History Gateway

Extended Deadline for Juniors: Select SAT or Gateway
Friday, JAN 27, 2023 is the new deadline to complete the GCPS SAT Day survey, where parents indicate they want their junior to take either the SAT or the U.S. History Gateway March. Parents will need their student's ID number to complete the survey at this link. For an explanation of SAT vs. Gateway Test pros and cons, please review this document.

AP for Non-Brookwood Students

2022-2023:
Change in Policy on AP Exam Testing for non-Brookwood StudentsBrookwood is able to offer AP testing only to Brookwood students and those who are homeschooled and reside in the Brookwood School district OR those Gwinnett county students who attend another Gwinnett county school and wish to take a test that we offer which is not offered at their school.
If you wish to register your student, please read this document and use the link in it for registration.

Because the approval process can take up to seven weeks, it’s best to start well before the test date. For students with disabilities to receive accommodations on any college board test, they must apply for accommodations with College Board. This must done independently of the school.
