The GCPS Parent Portal is a valuable resource for information about your child’s academic career: grades, attendance, discipline and testing.
Download an application from the school or Gwinnett County Public Schools website. Bring the completed form and a picture ID to The Commons on Orientation Day to process immediately, or stop by the school when it is in session to process the paperwork. Within a few days, GCPS will send an email with directions to activate the account.

They can also update the student nickname.Home address and email addressParents cannot change a home address on Parent Portal. That has to be done in person with supporting documents that the school places on file. Visit the Registrar page for details.Email changes also have to be done in person.
