Handbook Information for Students and Families
Each school year, parents and guardians are asked to confirm that they have read or have been given access to review important information and download specific, required GCPS documents. The 2025-26 Orientation Form Sign-off is in ParentSquare from July 21 to August 22, 2025.

Student and School Safety
Addressing Concerns at School
GCPS encourages families to follow these steps to resolve concerns:
- Teacher: Discuss the issue directly with your child's teacher or counselor.
- Assistant Principal: If unresolved, contact the assistant principal.
- Principal: Next, speak to the school principal.
- Cluster Superintendent: Call 678-301-6000 to reach the superintendent assigned to your school.
- Chief of Schools: If still unresolved, contact the Chief of Schools for School Improvement and Operations.
