Digital Learning Day
Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) uses Digital Learning Days (DLDs) when school buildings must close or for planned calendar days, such as the four DLDs scheduled for the 2025-26 school year. During these days, students are expected to continue their learning from home by participating in and completing assignments provided by their teachers through online course pages and other digital resources like Google Classroom.

ParentVUE
The ParentVUE app is Gwinnett County Public Schools' (GCPS) central platform, providing families with up-to-the-minute information on their student's education, including grades, assignments, schedules, discipline, report cards, absence reporting, and progress toward graduation.
ParentVUE and StudentVUE have a brand-new look! The updated apps are cleaner, easier to use, and designed to help you stay connected and informed. If you haven’t already, download or update your ParentVUE and StudentVUE apps today to explore the new design and features—keeping you connected anytime, anywhere.

School Registration and Enrollment
The Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) new student enrollment and registration page provides a secure online system for registering students new to the district and incoming kindergarten students. It outlines the required documents (including birth verification, parent/guardian's ID, and two proofs of residency) and health requirements (such as immunization and health screening forms) needed to complete the process.

ParentSquare
ParentSquare is Gwinnett County Public Schools' (GCPS) unified communications platform designed to keep parents and guardians informed and engaged with their child's school and the district. It is used by administrators, principals, teachers, and staff to send and receive information such as weather-related closings, class activities, and other important school and class information via email and/or text.

MyPaymentsPlus
The MyPaymentsPlus section instructs GCPS families on how to use MyPaymentsPlus to manage student meal accounts and review and pay for school activities and fees. It provides a clear, step-by-step guide on how to register for an account, link a student using their GCPS ID and last name, and access the platform via the website or mobile app.

Parent Tech 1:1
1:1 Parent Technology Support informs families that every student will be assigned a Chromebook for the school year and may check out a hotspot for internet access based on need. The page outlines parent and student responsibilities for the device's care, proper use, and return, while also providing links to resources like Securly Classroom and internet safety information.

Survey
This page provides details to the GCPS community about the annual surveys, Educational Effectiveness Survey (EES) suite and the Georgia School Climate Survey, that are administered to students, staff, and families to gather feedback. The surveys measure perceptions about school experience and performance, with results used by school and district leaders to inform key decisions and identify student needs for support.
