Berkmar Middle School receives donation from VyStar

     Gwinnett County Public Schools’ (GCPS) Community-Based Mentoring Program has teamed up with VyStar Credit Union to support Berkmar Middle School. Through this partnership, VyStar donated $2,500, which was used to purchase school supplies for students and staff. The contribution furthers the shared mission of the school and the mentoring program to support students.

“This significant support from VyStar helps ensure our classrooms are well-equipped and our students have the essential tools they need to learn and succeed,” says Berkmar Middle Principal Felecia Jones. “VyStar’s commitment to education and our local community is truly appreciated, and we extend our sincere thanks for its partnership.”

VyStar’s team went to Berkmar Middle to deliver and present the donation to the school's staff.
