Highlights included performances in historic cities such as Berlin, where the choir sang at the iconic Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church; Hamburg and Hannover, collaborating with acclaimed ensembles like Neuer Knabenchor Hamburg and Knabenchor Hannover; and Leipzig, where they performed at the renowned Nikolaikirche, famously associated with Johann Sebastian Bach, who composed and premiered many of his greatest works there. In Dresden, the choir honored German composer Heinrich Schütz by singing his music in the historic Kreuzkirche, where Schütz served and composed. In Prague, the boys shared their music with local audiences at the stunning Mirror Chapel and the Prague British International School.

The tour concluded with a performance in Vienna’s Stephansdom, one of the most iconic cathedrals in Europe, located in the heart of the classical music capital of the world. Through concerts, rehearsals, sightseeing, and workshops with local choirs, Nate enriched his musicianship, gained confidence, and embraced new cultures, traditions, and friendships that will last a lifetime. “Prague was a personal favorite of mine during the tour. Singing in the Mirror Chapel was an experience I will never forget, but I also loved just singing and joking around with friends in the back of the tour bus as we saw the sights,” Nate shared. “I am so proud of Nate for representing his community and our choir with excellence,” said Mr. David R. White, Artistic Director and Founder of the Georgia Boy Choir. “He sang with heart, grew in confidence, and made memories that will shape him for years to come.”
