The Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) Foundation partnered with the Gwinnett County Police Department (GPD) and the GCPS School Police to provide families with an array of school supplies. Together, they gave away clothes, water, gifts, and other school supplies to more than 600 families in the Norcross community. GPD distributed the supplies to local apartment complexes and communities. During the second event, GCPS School Resource Officers distributed their supplies at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds.

“It truly is fantastic to partner with our friends at the Police Department who did the heavy lifting in distributing items to our most disadvantaged families,” says Foundation Senior Executive Director Aaron Lupuloff.
