The four outstanding students were recognized for their work with the JA 3DE Model.
JA chooses 19 scholars from a pool of more than 100,000 students statewide who embody JA’s mission and values of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career readiness.
19 Under 19 honorees will receive:
- A $500 scholarship to support their future education/business endeavors
- An invitation to attend the JA Business Hall of Fame Gala
- Inclusion in the official JA of Georgia 19 Under 19 magazine
- A feature article in the Atlanta Business Chronicle
Additionally, JA hosts a National Student Leadership Summit for students aged 15-19 to display their business skills, innovation, and leadership. The competition serves as a learning and professional development opportunity for students to be assessed in their business performance.
JA is an organization that helps young people prepare for success in the global economy. Research shows that JA alumni are more likely to have a college degree, have a career, and have started a business as an adult.
