The Georgia Department of Education has released the Georgia Milestones Assessment System results from Spring 2024, when more than 90,000 Gwinnett County students took a state Milestones assessment in math.

A review of the scores from the 2023-24 administration shows Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) exceeded the state and Metro Regional Education Services Area (RESA*) performance for all math assessments.

GCPS Superintendent Dr. Calvin J. Watts says, “I’m proud of our 2023-2024 Georgia Milestones math results. As called out in our strategic plan, our steadfast commitment to elevating academic success for each and every student is becoming evident.”
