GCPS Parent Mentors host workshop: Establishing a Positive Foundation for the New School Year

     Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) Parent Mentors are hosting an informative and engaging workshop for parents of students receiving special education services in GCPS schools. This event, “Establishing a Positive Foundation for the New School Year,” will provide strategies and information to help get the new school year off to a positive start. We will be discussing ways to build collaborative partnerships with the staff at your child’s school; establishing daily routines; self-determination; organizing educational paperwork; and self-care. This session is highly recommended for families of students at all levels (elementary, middle, and high school).
