Lanier High School is getting ready for an unforgettable evening. On Saturday, August 8, the school will host the Atlanta Falcons for a Saturday Night Lights-style practice at Longhorn Stadium. This exciting community event will give fans an opportunity to see the Falcons up close and personal as they take the field for an evening practice. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. for this free event. Admission includes plenty of opportunities for fans to experience the excitement of Falcons football in a unique setting. Adding to the energy, Falcons in-game host Charlie B will emcee the event from the field, keeping fans engaged throughout the evening and helping create a game-day atmosphere right here in our community.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Atlanta Falcons organization for partnering with Lanier High to bring this special event to our campus,” Lanier High Principal Dr. Christopher Martin shares. “Opportunities like this create lasting memories for our students, families, and fans while strengthening the connection between our school and the broader community. We appreciate the Falcons’ investment in Gwinnett County and their willingness to share this unique experience with our students and neighbors.”
Parking is free, and attendees will have an opportunity to receive autographed items from Falcons players following the practice. All proceeds from concessions will benefit Lanier High athletic programs, helping support student-athletes and future opportunities across the school.
