GCPS’ Engagement team earns 10 NSPRA awards

The Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) Engagement Team earned 10 awards in the 2025 National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) awards program, including four writing recognitions, five honors for in-house video productions, and one award for the newly revamped GCPS website. These awards commend the team's commitment and enthusiasm for illuminating the daily effort and success stories taking place in Gwinnett classrooms.

Each year, NSPRA celebrates communications professionals who highlight the inspiring strides in school public relations and public education. GCPS’ 10 awards stand as a confirmation of the team’s hard work and commitment. “These honors are a powerful reflection of the creativity, collaboration, and passion our Engagement Team brings to every story we tell,” shares Chief Engagement Officer Melissa Laramie. “Whether it’s a 60-second snapshot or an in-depth feature, our goal is always the same—to spotlight the incredible people and moments that make Gwinnett County Public Schools so special.
