On Saturday, March 15, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) will host the 2025 Transition Fair for students with disabilities, their families, and educators. The event will be held at Peachtree Ridge High School, 1555 Old Peachtree Road NW, in Suwanee, Ga. The fair will begin with a brief orientation to get tips on how to navigate through the Transition Fair and find key resources. The event will feature local agencies that specialize in the following areas: Supported Employment, Day Programs and Community Living, Recreation and Leisure, Vocational and Career Services for individuals with special needs, and Funding and Community Resources.
