Gwinnett BOE approves new appointments at April Board Meeting
During its regularly scheduled meeting on April 17, 2025, the Gwinnett Board of Education (BOE) approved the appointments of two new principals. William “Bo” R. Ford, Jr., has been named principal of Gwinnett Online Campus (GOC). Ford currently serves as an assistant principal at Dobyns-Bennett High School for Kingsport City Schools in Tennessee. Additionally, Dr. Noreen A. Freeman has been named principal at Hopkins Elementary School. Freeman currently serves as an assistant principal at Lilburn Elementary School.
