Readers Rally Event Schedule

Peachtree Ridge High School: 1555 Old Peachtree Road, Suwanee, GA 30024

 

7:00 a.m.: Breakfast begins for adult volunteers

7:15 a.m.:  Adult Volunteers arrive by this time

7:30 a.m.:  Adult Volunteer Training and Student Volunteer Check-in

8:00 a.m.:  High School/Elementary Coaches Check In

8:30 a.m.:  Elementary Opening Ceremony Begins/High School Play Begins

9:00 a.m.:   Elementary Play Begins/Middle School Coaches Check In

9:30 a.m.:  Middle School Play Begins (No Middle School Opening Ceremony)

 

Closing Ceremonies:

High School closing ceremonies will be in the Theater (around 10:00 a.m.)

 

Elementary School ceremonies will be in the Main Gym (around 11:00 a.m.). Quarter Final Teams will be announced during the closing ceremonies. Elementary Quarter Final teams will compete in the Division One Competition Rooms.

 

Middle School closing ceremonies will be in the Theater (around 11:30 a.m.).
 

*Winners from the Event Day will compete on Championship Day which is held at the GCPS Instructional Support Center during a school day in March.
