Online Registration for Student Enrollment
Welcome to Gwinnett County Public Schools! Our school district has an easy-to-use, secure online registration system that will allow you to complete many of the forms required for registering your child.
Who needs to register?
All kindergarten students and all new students enrolling in Gwinnett County Public Schools. Please note that students must be five years old on or before September 1, 2026, to register for the kindergarten 2026-2027 school year!

Do Current Students need to register for 2026-27?
Current GCPS students who are moving to a different address and/or changing home schools will need to complete the "New Address – Current GCPS Student" process. Students who enrolled in a school under one of the conditions below will need to renew their form.

Documents Needed for Registration
Much of the registration process, including the uploading of documents needed for registration, will be completed online, or an appointment can be scheduled with the school if additional assistance is needed. Most document attachments (PDF, JPG, DOC, PNG, etc.) are compatible. The file size limit is 3 MB.
Families should begin online registration, even if their child's health records are not up to date. They can complete their child's health screening and immunizations with the Health Department or their physician before school starts on August 5, 2026. Certain uploaded documents are required before the Online Registration may be submitted. These include the Birth Verification, Adult ID, and two proof of residency documents.
