- Camp Creek Elementary School offers a Spanish Dual Language Immersion (DLI) program, serving students in Grades K-5. Spanish Dual Language Immersion is a form of bilingual education in which a child who does not speak Spanish as their first language receives instruction in Spanish. Students spend part of the day studying math and science in Spanish and the other 50% of the day learning language arts, social studies, and other subjects in English. Students start the DLI program in kindergarten and continue their Spanish immersion experience each subsequent school year.
- Recycling efforts and the student Earth Patrol Club helped Camp Creek Elementary School to maintain recognition as a "Green & Healthy School" by Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful.
- Camp Creek Elementary School had 241 students participate in our Cub Club program - an after-school extracurricular program that supports academic learning, provides STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) activities, and develops individual student interests.
- Camp Creek Elementary School offers a Computer Science special for all students in Grades K-5. Through this special, students practice creative problem-solving, learn basic computer science concepts, and work on building 21st-century skills.
- Camp Creek Elementary School's students, staff, and community members generously support many community service projects, including United Way, the Camp Creek Elementary Care Team, Toys for Tots, and the Lilburn Co-op.
- Camp Creek Elementary School has an actively involved Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), which provides cultural arts programs, plans fun family events, and supports local school programs and activities through volunteerism. In addition, the PTA generously donates funds to provide facility and instructional enhancements at Camp Creek Elementary.
- The Georgia Department of Education recognized Camp Creek Elementary School with Operational status for implementing Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in the last school year. PBIS encourages positive behaviors with recognition for students who exhibit appropriate school conduct.
