- All students at Chattahoochee Elementary School get the opportunity to take a Computer Science special. In these classes, they learn the building blocks of how computers work, laying the foundation for further coursework that they will be able to take in middle school.
- Chattahoochee’s Drama Club performed an incredible rendition of The Wizard of Oz that was celebrated throughout the community.
- The Metal Crusaders, Chattahoochee’s Robotics Team competed at the State Championships and earned the title of Grand Champions.
- During the 2023-2024 school year, Chattahoochee Elementary School increased our percentage of students served through our gifted program from 11% to 17% of our students.
- Chattahoochee Elementary School hosted a Heritage Night Event. Partnering with our community, we represented the food and culture of more than 30 countries, while celebrating the diversity that makes our community so special.
- Chattahoochee Elementary School offers students the opportunity to engage in various clubs, including, Harry Potter, chess, drama, Reader's Rally, modern band, art, ukulele/guitar, chorus, and robotics.
- Chattahoochee Chess Club won first place in the Fall and Spring tournaments.
- Chattahoochee Elementary School partnered with our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) to host several events during the school year, such as a Harlem Globetrotters fundraiser, Sweetheart Dance, STEM Night and Heritage Night. With community support and engagement, our PTA raised thousands of dollars to support our school and the students.
- All students at Chattahoochee Elementary School get the opportunity to take a Korean special. In these classes, they learn Korean culture and its language.
- Chattahoochee Staff members renewed the CHOA Project SAVE training. This training provided Chattahoochee Elementary students and staff with an Emergency/Medical First Responders team to increase school safety.
