  • Mulberry Elementary was ranked one of the Top 10 schools for raising funds for the Kids Heart Challenge, which supports the American Heart Association.
  • Mulberry Elementary’s 4th and 5th Grade FIRST LEGO League Challenge Team participated in the Regional Tournament at Mountain View High School. The Kindergarten/1st Grade FLL Discover Team and 2nd/3rd Grade FLL Explore Team took part in the Dacula Cluster Festival.
  • Mulberry was recognized by Georgia State Superintendent, Richard Woods, as a Math Leader school for student growth on the 2024 Georgia Milestones Assessment.
  • Mulberry offered a variety of before- and after-school clubs and activities to enrich student learning and engagement, including Blue Chorus, Gold Choir, PE Club, Witzzle Pro, Spanish Club, Cooking Club, Readers Rally, Falcon Morning News Crew, Stitch Club, and Art Club.
  • Mulberry successfully completed its third year of the Spanish Dual Language Immersion program.
  • Mulberry proudly honored Darla Winfrey as the 2024–2025 Teacher of the Year, celebrating her dedication and excellence in education.
  • Mulberry’s PTA held a fun and successful Falcon Dash fundraiser in the fall and hosted a variety of events throughout the year including Trunk or Treat, Holiday Hotcakes, Movie Nights, BINGO Night, Sneaker Ball, and Bowling Night.
  • Mulberry Elementary launched a local chapter of the National Junior Beta Club, welcoming 4th and 5th grade students who demonstrate academic excellence, strong character, and a positive attitude.
  • Mulberry hosted several family events that brought our community together including Grandparents’ Lunch and Thanksgiving Holiday Lunch. Families were also welcomed as they explored learning through hands-on activities at Math & Literacy Night, and Multicultural Night celebrated the diverse cultures within the school.
  • Mulberry Elementary hosted weekly Play 2 Learn sessions this year, with over 20 children under 5 and their caregivers participating. The program promotes kindergarten readiness through fun, hands-on learning and play.
