  • Brookwood’s Class of 2024 had 906 graduates, which included 294 AP Scholars, 27 Dual Enrollment Scholars, 408 Honor Graduates, 177 graduating with a 4.0 GPA or higher, and 52 National Honor Society graduates. They received nine Ivy League school offers, three from MIT, and one from a U.S. military academy. Additionally, there were 11 National Merit Semifinalists, a Posse Scholar, and a Quest Bridge scholar. Twenty of our students participated in the Governor’s Honors Program during their high school career. 
  • Science Olympiad (SO) won the region championship for the 14th time since 2008. At state, they earned the most gold medals. Brookwood placed first at BISOT, the Brookwood Invitational Science Olympiad Tournament, the largest SO high school competition in the Southeast.
  • Three students received Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange scholarships to study in Germany; the program’s admission rate is under 2%, ranking among the world's most competitive scholarships for high school students. 
  • Two of Brookwood’s Georgia Odyssey of the Mind teams placed first at the state tournament; one advanced to the World Finals. 
  • Brookwood’s Class of 2023 had 38 varsity athletes sign college team commitments. Three teams won State Champions: Esports won two—Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Rocket League. The Broncos were also state runners-up in both League of Legends, Mario Kart, and Splatoon. Girls Swim and Dive won the state title and secured two individual events and two relays. Softball placed third at State, Baseball fourth, and Boys Basketball made its first state playoff appearance since 2017. 
  • Brookwood athletics had four County Champions: Volleyball (1st time), Girls Swim and Dive (10th consecutive), Boys Swim and Dive (back on top since winning four in a row from 2016 to 2019). 
  • Brookwood athletics had eight region champions: Boys Cross Country, Girls Cross Country (27th time), Softball (14th title), Competitive Cheerleading (9th consecutive), Boys Tennis, Girls Tennis, Girls Soccer, and Boys Track and Field. 
  • Brookwood Theatre won Region One-Act Play; its fourth win in the last four years. They received Gold Honor Troupe status from the International Thespian Honor Society. 
  • Brookwood renewed its goal to raise $1 million for charity within 10 years with the launch of March to $2M. In 2023-24, our Student Government Association, staff, and other school organizations raised more than $51,000 for charity. 
  • The over 600 students in Brookwood's Beta Club logged 12,784 community service hours during the school year.
