  • Brookwood’s Class of 2026 had 967 graduates, which included 345 AP Scholars, 45 Dual Enrollment Scholars, 418 Honor Graduates, 184 graduating with a 4.0 GPA or higher, and 65 National Honor Society graduates. They received nine Ivy League school offers and students earned over $33 million in academic and athletic scholarship offers. Additionally, there were three QuestBridge Scholars, one POSSE Scholar, and a Georgia Scholar. Eleven of our students participated in the Governor’s Honors Program during their high school career.  

  • A Brookwood teacher's (Mr. Eric Rovie) class was featured in the Georgia Public Broadcasting series that highlights high-quality classroom instruction with gifted and advanced learners.   

  • Our Ag-STEM program had an exciting year with the opening of our greenhouse, completion of our FarmBot, and expansion of our chicken coop to enhance our Ag classes.  

  • 120 Latin students and 17 German students from Brookwood High School earned GCPS board recognition for their performance on their national exam.  

  • Brookwood Theatre received Gold Honor Troupe status from the International Thespian Honor Society.  In addition to being state runner-up, they were also one of five troupes in the state selected to perform on the main stage at ThesCon.  

  • 39 students earned spots in All-State Band, Jazz Band, Music Tech, Chorus, Orchestra, or Theatre.  

  • Brookwood athletics had three County Champions: Boys Cross Country, Girls Swim and Dive, and Boys Swim and Dive.

    • We also had nine region champions: One Act, Boys Cross Country, Comp Cheer, Wrestling Dual, Wrestling Traditional, Girls Basketball, Boys Lacrosse, Girls Soccer, Boys Track & Field.

    • Two teams won State Championships: Boys Swim and Dive and eSports Rocket League

  • Brookwood's student-led International Festival hosted two sold-out nights featuring 200 performers with over 20 countries represented.  

  • Brookwood's Vex Robotics team advanced to the World Finals and Two of our Odyssey of the Mind team advanced to the World Finals.
