- Discovery High School is an academy school that works to build knowledge and skills through our Fine Arts Academy, Business Academy, STEM Academy, and Health and Human Services Academy.
- Discovery High School earned the following Advanced Placement (AP) Honors during the 2024-25: AP Access and Support School, AP Humanities School, and AP STEM School.
- Titan Pathway to Success is offered to all students as an after school program to provide additional help to students Monday through Thursday from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. This program helps students to develop consistent study routines and a calm working environment.
- Discovery High School is a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) school. PBIS encourages positive behaviors with recognition for students who exhibit appropriate school conduct.
- Valedictorian Duy Vo was accepted to West Point Military Academy for the 2025-26 school year. He received multiple scholarships including the Great Titan scholarship.
- 49% of graduating seniors at Discovery High School completed at least 1 CTAE Pathway sequence (3 course sequence) through one of the four academies.
- Discovery High School's JROTC Titan Battalion has 225 cadets and continues to grow. The Boy's and Girl's Teams placed and won multiple meets throughout 2024-25 school year.
- Discovery High School's Boys’ Soccer Team made it to the GHSA State Tournament under the leadership of Coach Tom Bedzyk.
