At McClure Health Science High School, our foundational value is to "Awaken the Wonder" to spark curiosity, compassion, and purpose in students as they explore healthcare. Students can engage in five specialized health pathways—Allied Health, Health Information Management, Patient Care Technician, Sports Medicine, and Exercise Physiology—while also having access to programs in Computer Science, Marketing, and Audio/Video/Film.
Through partnerships with Piedmont Eastside, Gwinnett Place CID, Gwinnett Newton Rockdale County Public Health Department, GCPS School Clinics, Northside Hospital, Skylark Adult Daycare and others, students participate in health & career fairs, speaker series, simulations, and internships, gaining valuable industry insights and health science certifications.
