- Georgia ProStart Invitational: Meadowcreek High School students Tariq (10th grade), Jesus Lopez-Rios (11th grade), and Georges Djrogbo (12th grade) secured victory in the Georgia ProStart Invitational, representing the state at the National ProStart Competition.
- AP Honors: Meadowcreek High School received recognition as an AP Access and Support School and an AP STEM School by the College Board.
- Athletic Achievements: Sommer Walker, a Meadowcreek High School student, achieved 8th place in the State Track and Field Finals for Shot Put. Additionally, the girls’ wrestling team qualified for State Duals.
- Youth Football Award Nomination: Kimberly Alvarez, another Meadowcreek student, was nominated for the NFL’s Hispanic and Latino Excellence in Youth Football Award.
- Counselor of the Year: Ms. Pamela Medlin was honored as Counselor of the Year for the Meadowcreek cluster.
- Scholarship Success: William Turcios-Diaz, a Meadowcreek student, earned a full four-year scholarship to Emory University through the QuestBridge College Match program.
- Games for Change Awards: Meadowcreek High School students Anupom Chakraborty and Christian Ixchop-Pu received the National award for Games for Change, while students Juan Ramos-Pena, Nahawand Sedran, Apurbo Roy, and Adriel Sanchez-Tobar won the Southern Region award for Games for Change.
- Pathways Completion: A total of 377 Meadowcreek High School Class of 2024 graduates completed advanced academic, CTAE (Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education), fine arts, or world languages pathways.
- Extracurricular Opportunities: Meadowcreek High School students can participate in 17 Georgia High School Association sports and numerous clubs and activities.
- Mock and Moot Trial Competition: Camila Luna Santana was named Best Attorney, and Alaska Tallent was named Best Witness in the competition.
- Governor’s Honors Program Semifinalists: Alexander Sales (Music-Saxophone) is a Governor’s Honors Program State Finalist. Juan Ramos-Pena (Mathematics) was named a State Semifinalist in this prestigious program.
- Instant Decision Day Success: Many Meadowcreek seniors were accepted to college on Instant Decision Day (final numbers pending).
- Positive Coach Award: Eric Smith was named the Most Positive Coach in our region for boys’ basketball.
- Big Future Ambassador: Ashley Cardona Flores was named a Big Future Ambassador, working to make college scholarships more accessible to high school students through monthly drawings.
