- The graduating class of 2024 had 720 graduates, with 351 of these graduates earning the status of Honor Graduates.
- Mill Creek HS seniors earned over $38 million in academic and athletic scholarships; not including the State's HOPE scholarship.
- Mill Creek High School was recognized by the Georgia Department of Education as a 2023 Advanced Placement Honor School in five categories: AP Humanities School, AP Humanities Achievement School, AP STEM School, AP STEM Achievement School, and AP School of Distinction.
- Mill Creek High School athletic teams garnered six region/sectional titles with five students earning an individual state championship. Mill Creek's athletes had a cumulative 3.46 GPA.
- Mill Creek High School had six head coaches recognized with Region Coach of the year honors.
- Mill Creek High School's student leadership organization TALON hosted its annual youth leadership conference "LAUNCH" for cluster students in grades 1-8. Over 100 students attended the event to learn hot become a better leader and have an impact on their respective schools and community.
- Mill Creek High School's Student Council led a community effort in the annual "Friday Night Food Fight" to raise food and monetary donations to a local community food bank in the Mill Creek community. This year Mill Creek High School students, staff, and community raised over 50,000 pounds of food.
- Two Mill Creek graduating seniors were recognized as National Merit Finalists by the National Merit Scholarship Program.
- Over 100 Mill Creek students volunteered to serve as an iLEAD mentor to our freshmen students this past year.
- Mill Creek HS had 13 students earn the recognition of the AP Capstone Diploma. The AP Capstone Diploma is granted to students who earn scores of 3 or higher in the AP Capstone program classes of AP Seminar and AP Research, and on 4 additional AP Exams of their choosing.
