- Coleman Middle School's two Lego League Robotics Teams earned Best Project and Grand Champions at Regionals, with one of the teams earning first place in Innovation Project at Super Regionals and advancing to the State Competition.
- Ten Coleman Middle School students earned placement at the district's Science, Engineering, and Innovation Fair, two advanced to the state fair in Athens, GA, and one earned 1st place in its category at the state level.
- Coleman Middle School was one of two middle school students in the district recognized with the 2024 Caring Award.
- Two Coleman Middle School students were selected to have their art displayed at the Georgia State Capitol during Youth Art Month.
- The 7th and 8th-grade Orchestra scored perfectly at their Large Group Performance Evaluation.
- The 7th and 8th-grade Bands scored excellently at the Large Group Performance Evaluation.
- Three Coleman Middle School students won the 2023-2024 Nordson's Tech Time Writing Challenge.
- Coleman Middle School was awarded several Georgia Department of Education Opportunity Grants in Science and Mathematics.
- Coleman Middle School Engineering Program was awarded a Jackson EMC and Page Educator Grants.
- Coleman MS continues to hold a STEAM GA DOE Certificate.
