  • Seventh and eighth grade orchestra students scored Superior rating at the Large Group Performance Evaluation (LGPE).
  • Grace Snell received recognition from the Georgia Department of Education as a Math Leader School.
  • Grace Snell had an average of 200+ stakeholders participate in Title I engagement activities such as Family Night, Literacy Night, Hispanic Heritage Night, International Night, and Black History Family Night.    Thirteen Grace Snell Middle School students placed in the GCPS Science and Engineering Fair.
  • Grace Snell received several grants this school year including an art grant to fund a student fieldtrip to the High Museum of Art.
  • Grace Snell continues to increase the identification of Gifted students and inducted 62 students into our Junior Beta Club.
  • Grace Snell reinstated our Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) with the highest number of participants in several years.
  • Grace Snell increased Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS)activities by 200%.
  • One hundred percent of Grace Snell Middle School students participated in Special Olympics.
  • Grace Snell's student leaders had another successful year, including the inaugural Peer Tutoring Program, Peer Leaders, and School Ambassadors who visited McGill Elementary School to share a day in the life of a middle school student.
  • Grace Snell observed a decrease in office discipline referrals this school year.
