- International Baccalaureate: Pinckneyville Middle School completed its 22nd year as a Middle Years Programme (MYP) International Baccalaureate (IB) World School in 2025–26. Students can continue their IB studies at Norcross High School.
- At Pinckneyville Middle School students have the opportunity to engage in world class eSTEAM programs throughout connection offerings. Students continue working through the design thinking framework at Paul Duke STEM High School.
- Band: Both symphonic band and symphonic winds scored superior ratings at GMEA large group performance evaluation. In April, the symphonic winds earned the gold award and were selected as the sweepstakes and grand champions at Southern Star Music Festival. 7 students were selected to serve on the GCPS 6th Grade Honor Band.
- Chorus: Our Chorus department had a terrific year of growth. At Large Group Performance Evaluation, our chorus received an overall rating of Superior; at the Southern Star Music Festival, we received an overall rating of Gold.
- Orchestra: Our orchestra students performed in the Norcross Cluster Orchestra Concert at Paul Duke STEM High School and earned Superior ratings at the Large Group Performance Evaluation sponsored by Georgia Music Educators Association (GMEA).
- World Languages: Students at Pinckneyville Middle School receive three full years of World Language instruction in French or Spanish. Our International Baccalaureate program grants students high school credit for these language courses.
- Pinckneyville Middle is a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) school. PBIS encourages positive behaviors with recognition for students who exhibit appropriate school conduct.
- At Pinckneyville Middle School we continue to support our students to excel in all things academics, including top spots in our GCPS Science Fair including, 1st place honors, Best in Category for Earth & Environmental Science Junior Division, Award for Geoscience Excellence from the Association for Women Geoscientists, and NASA Earth System Science Project Award.
- Continuing culture of excellence in and out of the classroom, the Lady Blue Devil soccer team had an undefeated regular season.
