School Highlights
Shiloh Middle School is undergoing a nearly $13 million addition and renovation project that began in 2025. The 26,395-square-foot addition and renovation will expand the school’s capacity. The project features new band, orchestra, and choral rooms, a chemistry lab, a MIDI lab for Apple-based music production, and a PE activity room. Renovations include:
- CTAE labs, 18 science classrooms, and additional interior learning spaces across the campus.
- HVAC system renewal will be performed at the same time as the construction of the addition, to minimize disruption to the school environment.
The project is scheduled for completion in August 2027, in preparation for the start of the 2027–28 school year.

Shiloh Middle School Advances to the Gwinnett Readers Rally Championship
Shiloh Middle School achieved an outstanding milestone during the 2025–2026 school year by advancing to the Gwinnett Readers Rally Championship, one of the district’s most prestigious academic competitions. Shiloh was one of only a select group of middle schools—including Couch Middle School, North Gwinnett Middle School, and McConnell Middle School—to qualify for the final championship event.
Demonstrating exceptional literary knowledge, teamwork, and academic excellence, the Shiloh Readers Rally team delivered an outstanding performance throughout the competition season, ultimately earning a place in the televised championship rounds. Their success reflects the dedication of the students, the support of their sponsors, and Shiloh Middle School’s continued commitment to fostering a culture of literacy and academic achievement.
The entire Shiloh community is proud of the team’s accomplishment and their exemplary representation of the school on a districtwide stage.
Shiloh Middle School JLC Earns Top Honors Throughout the 2025–2026 School Year
The Shiloh Middle School Junior Leadership Corps (JLC) demonstrated excellence, discipline, and leadership throughout the 2025–2026 school year, earning multiple top finishes in regional Raider and Drill competitions while proudly representing the school and community. In addition to its competitive success, the JLC participated in the Georgia Veterans Day Parade, honoring military veterans through service and civic engagement.
