    Registration Information

    If your student is new to GCPS, please complete online registration prior to making an appointment with the registrar. For required documents, you may upload a digital copy during the online registration process or you may bring paper copies to your appointment. 

    If your student currently attends a GCPS school and is transferring to Patrick, parents will contact the withdrawing school prior to visiting Patrick for enrollment. It is not necessary for parents to complete online registration for students transferring within GCPS.

  • Students New to Gwinnett County Public School

    Use the links below to complete the online registration process. Register online first, then upload the required documentation. The registrar will contact you to verify the documentation.

      • Two Proof of Residency documents – A current utility bill plus one other
        document.
      • Birth Verification – Student’s Birth Certificate, Passport, etc.
      • A Georgia certificate of immunization
      • Evidence of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening obtained in the
        past year
      • Proof of authorized person to enroll – This is only required for Non-Birth Parents
      • A photo ID
      • Child’s social security number – Students will be enrolled, even if this number is
        not provided. However, parents will be asked to sign a waiver.
      • Non-GCPS Report Card/Transcript
      • Non-GCPS Discipline Records
      • Previous School’s Withdrawal Form

  • Students Transferring from another Gwinnett County Public School

    Online registration is unnecessary for students transferring from another Gwinnett County public school. Parents must contact the school their child is transferring from to complete the withdrawal process before registering their child at Patrick Elementary.

  • Student Withdrawal

    We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. Our school system has an easy-to-use, secure online withdrawal process that will allow you to complete the form required for withdrawing your child. Once you complete the form, save the form as a PDF and email the form to kim.junco@gcpsk12.org. You will be contacted by a school representative to verify your ID and to provide you with any additional information necessary to complete the withdrawal if needed for your child.

    To complete the form, you will need to take the following steps:
